1. Agreement to Terms
By using LEVL ("the App") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms apply to all users, free and premium.
2. Who Can Use LEVL
LEVL is available to users of all ages. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
3. Your Data
LEVL does not require an account. Your habits, tasks, XP, and streaks are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for your device and its data. We are not liable for data loss from deleting the app, changing devices, or clearing storage.
4. Premium Subscriptions
LEVL offers optional paid subscriptions. By subscribing you agree to recurring charges at the displayed rate, automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date, and (where offered) a 3-day free trial that converts to a paid plan unless cancelled. Manage or cancel through your app store / payment method.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer the App, use it unlawfully, or interfere with its operation.
6. Health Disclaimer
LEVL is a self-improvement and habit-tracking tool, not a medical or mental-health service. Nothing in the App is medical, psychological, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before major changes to your fitness, diet, or mental health.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and code in LEVL is owned by or licensed to LEVL. Your personal data remains yours.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEVL and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Third-Party Services
LEVL uses Groq for AI coaching features and RevenueCat for subscription management. We collect usage data and habit entries to improve the App. We do not sell your data.
